Medicolegal Case Teams Reach Ready-to-File in a Third of the Time

document_review_pipeline_hero_transparent

Physicians, attorneys, and claims adjusters upload raw case documents and get a structured, expert-reviewed file back, ready for filing.

3X FASTER CASE PREP - 8 AI CASE TASKS - 3 USER ROLES - HUMAN-REVIEWED BY DESIGN

The problem

Preparing a single medicolegal case meant days of manual reading, sorting, and drafting.

The industry problem. Physicians, attorneys, and claims adjusters build injury and disability cases by hand: reading every record, flagging what matters, then drafting reports one document at a time. It does not scale.

The problem here. Brigham and Associates handled the same core information across records of varied format and quality: medical records, legal documents, expert opinions. Every file still needed expert review before anyone could rely on it.

One Upload In, a Structured Case Out.

We built a platform that reads medical and legal case documents, extracts what matters, and returns structured reports across eight distinct case tasks, with a human expert reviewing every output.

Full Case Evaluation Reports

Reads the uploaded documents and returns one case summary covering history, timeline, diagnoses with ICD-10 codes, causation, and workability, all legible at a glance.

Per-Document And Case Summaries

Summarizes each record by date, author, and type, then rolls everything into one case summary separating subjective complaints from objective findings, parts and whole.

Report Critique And Gaps

Checks a chosen report against best practice to surface inconsistencies, gaps, and findings not objectively supported, then suggests improvements and questions to address, so weak spots are caught early.

Diagnosis Generation And Review

Lists diagnoses from the records, separates injury-related from unrelated, tracks how they appear across reports, and flags inconsistencies, so you can prioritize by evidence rather than by memory.

Automatic Case Chronology

Builds a date-ordered timeline of the events that matter: injuries, procedures, key studies, and surgeries, with a short note per event, exportable to CSV for tools you use.

Causation Analysis

Weighs the causal link between injury and diagnoses using case factors and evidence-based medicine, accounting for pre-existing status and occupational and non-occupational factors, so causation is reasoned, not assumed.

Work Ability Assessment

Evaluates a patient's ability to work by weighing diagnoses against risk, capacity, and tolerance, then recommends work restrictions, limitations, or accommodations, so return-to-work decisions rest on the record.

Testimony And Cross-Examination Review

Reads cross-examination or testimony transcripts to find weaknesses and inconsistencies, then returns suggested lines of questioning and points to emphasize before you walk in.

What’s inside

A Document Goes In, the Right Task Runs, a Report Comes Out.

You upload your case documents and choose a task. The platform reads the files, pulls out what matters, and returns a structured report. An appropriate human expert reviews that report before anyone relies on it.

Input format and quality vary, but the same core information comes through. The platform handles that variation and returns a well-formatted report, always sent to an expert for review.

Yes. Before any output is relied upon, an appropriate expert must review it. The user agreement makes this explicit: every result is AI-generated content and requires review by a qualified expert before it informs a case.
