Built on scalable, cloud-based architecture for production operations.


Groom X runs on a Next.js frontend and a FastAPI backend in Python. MongoDB stores the data, with daily backups on MongoDB Atlas. AWS infrastructure supports horizontal scaling as studios grow, with CI/CD pipelines streamlining every update. An AI model turns grooming instructions into breed-specific style previews, and a separate LLM reads equipment usage to write context-aware maintenance alerts. Stripe handles secure payments, including subscription plans. Groom X syncs appointments both ways with Gingr and MoeGo, and resolves scheduling conflicts automatically.
