Problem Statement

Managing real estate operations involves coordinating multiple teams and handling large volumes of data across various platforms. Employees often spend significant time retrieving information, updating tasks, and dealing with system silos. This leads to delays, mistakes, and inefficiencies that reduce overall productivity. Amarco was developed to address these issues by providing an AI-driven solution to automate routine tasks.

Complexities We Faced

Developing Amarco posed several challenges. One key complexity was ensuring that the assistant could integrate smoothly with the diverse platforms already in use, such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Monday.com.

Additionally, the system needed to understand natural language commands effectively, so employees could query and interact with the system without technical knowledge. Ensuring the security of sensitive data while enabling easy access was another critical concern.

LLM Compatibility

We came across a hurdle when we had to integrate external tools with LLMs. We dedicated a fix by using Agentic Workflow through React Framework with Lang Graph to solve this issue.

Handling Multiple Data Sources

Amarco had to be able to retrieve and manage data from different platforms (like Salesforce and Outlook) without any errors or delays.
