Turn a Product Photo and Prompt Into a Styled Ad
A product image and a plain-English instruction go in, a styled advertising image comes out, no reshoot needed.
3 PRODUCTION AI MODELS • 8 PRODUCTS VALIDATED • 13-37s GENERATION TIME • COMPLEXITY 1 BASELINE
The problem
Sellers need distinct ad images, but every new look demands another reshoot.
Industry pain. Online sellers list product after product, and each one needs an ad image. The old way means a photographer, staged product, and a reshoot for every background or angle.
Zendrop's version. Zendrop wanted customers to generate personalized product ads themselves, changing the background, adjusting model and product perspective, and adding text from a prompt, across a full product catalog.
Product photo in, styled ad image out.
We built image models that take a product photo and a written instruction, then generate a styled advertising image. Three models cover clothing edits, promotional posters, and full product ad scenes.
Edit clothing without reshoots
Change the style or colour of clothing in a product image from a written prompt. Brands explore new looks, and no studio shoot needed.
Generate promotional sale posters
Turn a text prompt into a stylised promotional poster for a product, ready for a sale or seasonal campaign, with the masking handled automatically.
Generate full product-ad scenes
Give it a product photo and a description, and it produces a finished advertising image with a new background, staging, and photoshoot.
Polish the finished image
A finishing layer that upscales the image two to four times, sharpens detail, adjusts colour, and refines expression, so the output ships.
Swap the model's face
Provide a source and a target image to change the human model shown in a shot, including a gender change on a generated model.
Add a dressed model
Specify an upper and lower outfit, and it adds a human model wearing that outfit to a bare product shot that had none before.

What's inside
One prompt, one product photo, and a finished ad image out.
A product photo and a plain-English instruction go in, and a styled advertising image comes back staged around that product. A finishing layer then polishes that output, upscaling, sharpening, and adjusting it before it ships.
The results
Before: every new image meant a reshoot. After: a prompt.

Frequently asked
It depends on the model. A clothing edit runs in about 13 seconds on average, and a full product-ad scene takes about 37 seconds. The automated masking step on promotional posters adds roughly 5 seconds. These are average run times measured during the build.
